Sake Brewery GANTYOU Aiko Sanogawaya Sake cup and Bowl Exhibition

Kura-moto Gantyou, the sake brewery was founded in 1808. The toraditional bilding is in Kisiwada, along the Kishuu-highway[a famous old highway].
岸和田市の紀州街道沿い１８０８年ベートーベンが交響曲第５番「運命」を初演した年に創業した蔵元 元朝（がんちょう）。
There is a big bilding that was built to make sake, but not now.
正面店舗の裏にはかつてお酒のタンクが並んでいた大正時代の蔵があります。
I had the sake cup and bowl exhbition on weekend.
This year's sake was finished early this week.
新酒が出来上がった最初の週末、この蔵で器を並べました。

主役の原酒 元朝 の前には試飲用のおちょこを並べ、
It was cold this days. We warmed up the sake in this hot water to treet.
強い寒波が押し寄せ、雪もちらついたこの日
七輪の上のやかんでは熱燗が用意されました。
Those small sake cups are good for hot sake,
because we can drink sake with good temperture at once.
熱燗を冷めないうちにきゅっと頂くためのおちょこ。
They are Sake-kasu[酒かす]. Those white lees are good for japanese soop called Kasu-Jiru[粕汁]. And, They have good smell.
ここにはタンクの入った巨大な冷蔵庫があり日本酒のにおい、
しぼりたての酒かすのにおいが器に添えられます。
This is retort-packed sake curry.
ここ元朝の純米酒を使ったカレー
Those breads are made in stone kiln.
そぶら山荘の石窯米粉パンも届いて、香ばしいかおりも加わりました。
